30-Day Returns – We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

  • ✗ Final sale items
  • ✗ Worn or washed items
  • ✗ Items without tags
  • ✗ Earrings and intimate apparel (hygiene reasons)

How to Return

  1. Email us at returns@plushfashionhub.us with your order number
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (or deduct $7.95 from refund)
  3. Pack items securely and ship within 5 days
  4. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll prioritize your exchange shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately—no return shipping required.
