Thank you for shopping with Plush Fashion Hub. We are dedicated to ensuring your orders are delivered efficiently and securely. Please review the following terms regarding our shipping and delivery procedures.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is successfully authorized.

Peak Periods: During high-volume seasons, holidays, or major promotions, processing times may be extended.

Notification: You will receive an automated email confirmation once your order has entered the processing phase.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery estimates begin after the processing period. Please note that these are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed:

United States (Domestic): 5–14 business days.

International Orders: 7–20 business days (varies significantly by destination and customs clearance).

3. Shipping Rates & Calculations
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the following criteria:

Total order weight and dimensions.

Destination geography.

Selected shipping method (Standard vs. Expedited).

Note: Any "Free Shipping" promotions apply only to the subtotal after discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise stated.

4. Tracking & Order Visibility
Upon shipment, a Shipping Confirmation Email will be sent to the address provided, containing your unique tracking number.

Update Lag: Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after you receive your notification.

5. International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside the United States:

Duties & Taxes: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs Delays: Plush Fashion Hub is not responsible for delays caused by local customs authorities.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Address Disclaimer: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the user.

Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Plush Fashion Hub’s liability ends once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. However, we value your experience:

Missing Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item, please wait 3 business days before contacting us, as carriers occasionally mark items as delivered prematurely.

Claims: While we are not responsible for carrier-related theft or loss, we will assist you in opening a formal inquiry with the carrier at support@plushfashionhub.us.
