  • 30-Day Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
💳 Refund Method & Fees

  • Change of Mind: Returns for "change of heart" or fit preferences are issued exclusively as Store Credit.

  • Restocking Fee: A processing and sanitation fee of 3% of the item's price (or $5.75, whichever is greater) will be deducted from your credit.

  • Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are Final Sale:

  • Intimates, lingerie, swimwear, or bodysuits.

  • Beauty, cosmetic, and personal care products.

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
